1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Afrium's services, website, or network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the services.
2. Services Provided
Afrium provides AI automation services, including but not limited to WhatsApp bots, booking systems, professional websites, and customer relationship management (CRM) integrations. The specific details of your service package will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
3. Ambassador Network
Individuals participating in the Afrium Ambassador program are independent contractors and are not employees of Afrium. Ambassadors earn commission based on successfully closed and paid client deals as outlined in the Ambassador agreement. We reserve the right to terminate ambassador status for violation of our professional standards.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is required prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once deployment begins. Ongoing monthly maintenance fees (if applicable) are billed according to your chosen package.
